Our Services at the Gym

Our coaches provide straightforward instruction and guidance on every detail of the training experience: what to do, how to do it, and why. We do not have rows of weight and cardio machines (or mirrors) because you do not need them. We do have the world-class equipment you need to become stronger and healthier than you have ever been before (seriously!). Whether you are a competitive athlete or struggle to get out of a chair, just provide the commitment and determination. We can do the rest.

Monthly Memberships

We offer no-obligation monthly memberships in a friendly, small group setting at our private facility. You will receive constant personal coaching attention on every aspect of your training: tailored exercise selections, immediate feedback, customized programming for all exercises, personal equipment recommendations, as well as nutrition and lifestyle guidance to support your training outside of the gym.

 

Sharing your session with a couple of training partners gives you the added benefit of seeing others lift, watching how they overcome challenges, and discussing points of interest as a group—which can be very insightful and instructive in its own right. Also, training partners are great motivators to stay consistent and do your best. You have to show up so you can cheer each other on! This is an intentional element of our approach. Humans learn, grow, and thrive when they are part of a supportive community of like-minded people.

Memberships are $600 per month. Membership retention is high and we only coach three members during any session, so availability is limited. We will discuss your background, goals, issues, any concerns you have, and conduct a brief movement assessment.

Platform Sessions

We also offer private, individual two-hour sessions with a coach for experienced lifters and beginners who need: 
•    Form checks
•    Programming advice and planning
•    Equipment recommendations for outfitting a home gym
•    Online coaching recommendations

 

If you are a beginner who wants to learn how to lift properly and safely on your own, we can give you the tools and confidence you need to make steady progress toward your goals.

Training Camps & Seminars

Occasionally, training camps and seminars are offered for those who want to deep-dive into technique and theory on a particular lift or advance their knowledge of strength training. Please view the “Get Started” page to see what is currently being offered.
